Swedish

Swedish massage has therapeutic affects by relaxing the body. This technique helps circulate blood though the body and soothes tired and achy muscles. Needing, tapping, and friction are typical stokes used. Can be light to deep pressure.     $85 for 60min, $100 for 75min, $110 for 90min

 

Deep Tissue (Sports)

This style of massage can be altered to assist on the sidelines of sporting events, or to get pain relief on the massage table. It is performed slower and firmer than a typical massage to help out tired achy muscles.     $90 for 60min, $105 for 75min, $115 for 90min

Neuromuscular Technique (NMT)​

NMT is a relaxing treatment and can be either stimulating or sedating depending on what your body needs. Starting at the head and working down the body, it traces your nervous system, helps reset the body and aids in pain management amongst other benefits.     Can be added to any massage

 

Trigger point ​

Trigger points are sensitive, painful spots, also referred to as knots. When pressure is applied or when the spot is pinched it can send tingling, pain, or numbness to other parts of the body. Trigger Point is specific, direct pressure that can help eliminate these points and reduce pain.     Can be added to any massage

 

Circulatory

Using deep compression and swift strokes, moving from limb to limb, Circulatory can help improve blood flow to the body, help regulate blood pressure, and can greatly improve symptoms in people with raynauds disease.    Can be added to any massage                   

 

Lymphatic drainage​

The lymph system consists of lymph nodes, lymph fluid, and your spleen! This massage can be seen as more of a treatment and will help circulate fluids in your body, allowing fresh lymph to flow freely. This can have a big impact on your immune system.     Can be added to any massage

 

Foot Reflexology

A very relaxing service that helps refresh the 7 body systems through the nerve endings in your feet. Pressure is applied to different areas of the foot that correspond with different areas of the body.     Can be added to any massage
